Membership Cancellation Policy

Month-to-month Memberships: Members may be cancel a Month-to-month Membership at any time with written notice prior to the next billing date.

12 Month Memberships: Members who choose to cancel before completing their 12-month agreement will be charged an early termination fee equal to one monthly membership payment, plus $15 for each month of membership already completed. Once the applicable cancellation or early termination fee has been paid, no additional membership payments will be charged.

Gift Cards or Certificates: All Gift Card and Gift Certificate purchases are non-refundable. However, they may be transferred or gifted to another person, or their value may be applied toward an alternative membership option.

*Simply discontinuing attendance does not constitute cancellation. All cancellation requests must be submitted directly to the academy.

** Early termination fees may be waived or adjusted in cases of relocation, extended medical inability to train, military deployment or other significant circumstances. Exceptions are considered on a case by case basis and may require supporting documentation.
